Sushmita completed her B.Sc. in Electrical Electronics and Communication Engineering from Military Institute of Science and Technology from Bangladesh in 2016. She then worked as an adjunct Instructor at Independent University, Bangladesh, from September 2016 to April 2017 and in North South University from September, 2017-present. She will join the research group of Professor Marco Rolandi in the fall of 2018, pursuing her Ph.D. Her research interests lie in micro and nano-biological and bioinspired structures.
